The Corestate Capital Group signed a rental contract for office spaces at Frankfurt's Marienturm and another company has decided to expand the space it rents. With the two new agreements, the Marienturm is now almost fully let. read more

Marienturm successfully secures several rental agreements

The international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills LLP plans to relocate from its previous site in Frankfurt to the Marienturm at the end of 2022.

Alongside the new lease, project developers Pecan Development and investor Aermont Capital are also pleased about the expansion in the Bank of America Europe DAC rental to now three floors.

Another global financial company, investment bank GCA Altium, also concluded a long-term rental contract and will relocate to the Marienturm at the end of this year. read more

Violence against Women: Marienturm Says No!

Yearly, the international organisation Zonta calls worldwide attention to the problem of violence against women. Thousands of buildings and landmarks in large metropolises are illuminated in orange, symbolically shedding light into the darkness of violence.
